Sean and Dawn Colli Announce the Grand Opening of Access Corporate Housing!
Combining over 50 years of experience, Dawn and Sean Colli look forward to assisting individuals, companies, insurance, and health professionals with finding the right fit for their temporary housing needs.
Dawn Colli is a 31-year veteran of the short-term housing industry, starting out as a furniture rental sales rep in 1989, moving into corporate housing sales, property management, and eventually starting Superior Housewares Rentals in 1994. Working in all aspects of the industry gives her a valuable understanding of what it takes to provide quality product and customer service. She knows the temporary housing business from the ground up, and as a former renter she knows the issues you might have to deal with on your own. Dawn manages the day to day activity as well as the accounting department.
Sean began his stint in the temporary housing industry 20 years ago. He provided on-call help to Dawn’s business, Superior Housewares, as it grew from a garage-based office to one of the premier houseware rental companies in Northern California. In 2019, Sean took a permanent role at Superior Housewares and currently handles sales / operations in Salem, Oregon. Prior to 2019, Sean spent 32 years in the water works industry learning from the ground up. Starting as a driver, he quickly learned the ins and outs of the industry, proving himself to be reliable, conscientious and customer service driven. It did not take long for him to move into a sales role and eventually became the Operations Manager for thirteen stores and supported 145 associates all over Northern California and Reno, Nevada.
We are confident Access Corporate Housing (ACH) will allow the opportunity to provide a wide range of services to our customers in Northern California, Salem, Oregon, and Vermont.

Two local non-profits are very important to us. We support both of these non-profits not only financially, but also through donations of materials and by providing hours of volunteer time.
Camp Wieser hosts a summer camp for adults battling cancer. Thirty-five adults are invited each year to bring their family and supporters to a beautiful campus in the Santa Cruz mountains of Northern California where they are pampered and entertained over a three-day weekend. The Taylor House of Roseville provides a safe home for vulnerable young women as they transition out of foster care. Taylor House staff and volunteers help each girl learn valuable household skills, find employment, begin their freshman year of college, and purchase a car.
